Dress to Impress: Our Style Guidelines
The Ranchmen's Club dress code reflects tradition and professionalism.  All areas of the Club require Business Casual attire as a minimum. We thank all members and guests for their cooperation in respecting our dress code.

Member Events

The dress code for member events will be noted in The Ranchmen's Club monthly newsletter and online in the events calendar.

Private Events

Members sponsoring an event should kindly inform their guests of the appropriate dress code, which may include options such as Formal, Business Attire, or Business Casual.

Wolves' Den & Billiards Room

Business casual attire. Pressed denim with no rips is allowed.

Terrace

Summer attire is acceptable during Terrace season only. In the case of inclement weather during the Terrace season, summer attire is acceptable in the Wolves Den, Billiards Room and Samson Lounge.

Outer Wear
For the comfort and safety of everyone, we ask that coats, hats, scarves, and similar items be left in the Cloakroom in the Lobby (To the left of the front desk).

Our front desk team is happy to help if you need assistance. Since there are no coat racks in the private rooms, leaving coats on the backs of chairs can be a safety concern (for yourselves and the quality of the furniture), especially when moving in and out or when food and drinks are being served.

Rest assured, we are always keeping an eye on your personal belongings in the Cloakroom.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Western Wear
We kindly request that guests wear appropriate Western attire, free of rips or logos. This includes cowboy hats, cowboy boots, and denim. Neck bandanas are also welcome.

Stampede

Western wear is strongly encouraged throughout the Club during the annual ten days of the Calgary Stampede.
